Hello!  We have a missing underscore in a combo box and I'm not exactly sure why... Here's what shows:  Here's how entities are set up:  Anyone see this before? While building the hierarchy using codes, In the Entity Dimension hierarchy "EntityH1", I have a base member as "MyBase". Below code is successfully creating a new child member as "T2" under Parent "MyBase".I am able to set the Text1 property. Hello,  When we refresh a lower environment from our production environment (app copy), the target environment's System Parameters/Secrets are refreshed from the production System Parameters/Secrets. These secrets contain connection strings to another platform and are environment specific. They must remain static. (Fortunately, I export them before a refresh and then re-import them after.)   There must be a better way! Does anyone else have this issue? If so, is exporting/importing the System Parameters the only way to keep System Parameters with their correct environments? Thanks!   

Hi OneStream,I am utilizing the XFBR String Service to add my time filter in my data management job. Before moving to assemblies, I have tested the rule via Business Rule XFBR, and it works. However, when using the XFBR string service, I am having difficulty making it work, as the string I am adding to the time filter is most likely incorrect. I have tried the different approaches based on documentation, but to no avail.Can you please advise how I can fix the issue? 

Is there any known way to prevent a user from utilizing XFSet in Excel?

In consolidation system in the month after close example if we close April , May should show reversal of April. Please see below screen shots of how system is should show up and how it is showing. We tried clearing base data through data management. Any ideas would be helpful. Normally  However the system is doing   

Is there an ability to calculate HC expenses that account for when in the month an employee starts and prorate accordingly? As an example, if the employee starts on the 15th then their monthly salary would be Salary / 12 * (15/30). The syntax available in the blocks don't clearly identify if this can be done.

I inadvertently deleted a member in UD2.  How can I add it back?

Hi everyone, I’m hoping to check if anyone has experienced something similar. We have a dashboard that directs users to folders in File Explorer. The navigation itself works as expected and correctly opens the folder location. However, users are experiencing inconsistent behavior when trying to open files from there — sometimes the files open normally, and other times nothing happens (no error message). If users navigate directly through File Explorer and open the same file, it works without any issues. This is happening in the OneStream Windows desktop application (not browser), and permissions don’t appear to be the issue since access works normally outside the dashboard. Has anyone encountered similar behavior when launching files from a dashboard? If so, was this a known issue or did you find an effective workaround? Appreciate any insights — thank you!

Hello everyone,I’m encountering an issue with Hybrid Scenarios: I’m trying to copy data for a single period only. While I’ve successfully managed to copy Local data for that specific period by updating calc status, the results become inconsistent from Translated up to Top.To align the data from Translated through to Top in the target scenario, I currently need to run a Force Consolidate. However, doing so also brings in data from previous months, which is not desired.Has anyone faced a similar issue or found a way to restrict the consolidation to a single period without impacting prior periods?Thanks in advance,

Hi All,I have a cube view with a set of parameters as a member list. I attach the CV to a form template and override the cube view parameters by using the 'cube view parameters' feature in the form template.As an administrator, I can see the filters I added in the drop-down list, but for the end-user, it is completely blank. (See photo). All dimensions displayed are set to everyone, including templates, cube views, and workspaces. What is causing the issue? In 9.2, the members do not appear in the member list. 

In our first workflow step, we set the value of a literal parm using dashboard extender and then in next step use that parm in a DM job to export data based on that parm value. On windows client, our DM job works fine but when we try it on web, it does not find the value of the parm and errors out.  Can someone please share any experience with this kind of setup and how to make it work on web?

I'm working through a proof of concept for Workforce Planning, which is driving the addition of new Register Fields after the initial setup.  I've added some new fields, but they do not display in the Register.  Am I missing something simple or is this expected behavior?  If it's expected behavior, then that would imply I need to do a complete rebuild (I know I can use import templates).

If so, can you share the experience?In one of my recent project, I had to reverse engineer 100s of Business Rules for documentation purpose.  By using CoPilot and Github, I was able to reverse engineer BRs in documentation format in few hours which would have been very painful otherwise and would have taken weeks to do so.Would love to hear how the ongoing excitement (or hype) around AI-led accelerated development can potentially help with OneStream build.Thanks.

Good morning all, i've been asked to add some customer satisfaction values to our reports and its just a score out of 5, this works fine for base entities but I really need to parents to be an average of the base Entites that have a value. Is there a way t achieve this? appreciate your time. Tad      

I have created a folder under application database in File share, I am trying to rename the folder because of some requirement changes, is it possible to update the folder name? Or even update the file name inside that folder?

Hi folks,My suppression in my cubeview doesn't work. If I turn on any suppression (including 'invalid') the cubeview returns blank (no rows at all). It's a cube that's been loaded with dynamic data services and the data is showing as NotStored. I wonder if that could be the cause? Anyone else observe this or have any tricks? I've tried every combo of suppression option I can think of... I'm surprised it would return nothing even with only 'suppress invalid' checked..

Hi, We have a few accounts that contain stored formulas. These accounts contain formulas that reference another Account and Parent entity and it stores the result at a Base Entity. Below formula is for an account that has a formula pass 4. We are storing the result in "BaseEntity" and calculate Account1 by looking at OPEX at a Parent Entity. Obviously, since it is referencing a Parent Entity we have to run our consolidations twice in order to get the result. Is there a way to sum up the Base entities of Parent1 and reference that value in a formula or is there a way to run a consolidation within the formula for just that Parent Entity? In other CPM/EPM products I've worked with in the past you can right rules where you run an aggregation on the Entity and then run your calculation. In OneStream I cannot seem to find a way to do this. Dears,  I need move one base member under another parent in UD1 dimensions, the problem is that member should be consolidated till specific time period and then should be consolidated under another parent. There is no option like "percent consolidation" with time frame on UD1 dimensions. Could anyone have any solution for described problem? Hi all,I'm experiencing a strange issue on OneStream (rel 9.2.0.18004) that was working as expected under previous release (8.*)In a dashboard I have combos that let me select Scenario and Time, with a "POV Action" that set them back setting - respectively - WFScenario and WFTime parameters.Now, starting from the above mentioned release, whenever I change a combo, the focus moves from the dashboard, opening the selected Workflow.So, the User is experiencing something like:Launch the DashboardSelect ScenarioSystem opens current WorkFlowOpen back my dashboardSelect TimeSystem opens current WorkflowOpen back my dashboardRun the actionIn previous release, the POV Action didn't took the User away from the current dashboard.Have you experienced the same issue ?
