Read-only account with group exception

Hi everyone,

I'd like to set up a specific account as read-only for all users, except for one group that should keep write access. I haven't done this before, but I'm thinking Data Cell Access Security might be the way to go.

Has anyone got a simple example of something similar set up in Data Cell Access Security? Also, open to suggestions if you think there's a better approach!

Hi Andrea,   We created a vb formula  that controls who can write to certain accounts by their User Group.  We created a specific user groups just for this access   The vb code is applied to the Transformation Rule.    It’s not applying “security”  but it does the job,  We also apply it at certain parent role ups and specific scenarios
