Hello,   I have this cube view that I made, in which I am having issues in the secon to last column. I am trying to see what the difference between each quarter is between the forecast and budget scenarios.When I run my cube view, I get a single difference between Q1 forecast and Q1budget only, and Q2 trough Q4 are nowhere to be found. I was expecting that what I typed would give me the difference between each quarter, not just the first.       Can you share what your thoughts on what I am doing wrong please?Your time and input is appreciated in advance!

Is there any way to edit Transformation Rules in Bulk?When I try loading a trx file or xml code into the system it doesn't overwrite the rules which causes issues in someplace.Is there a way or a template where with direct upload I can delete that transformation group and create a new one with the same name. (Example- Dimension delete template where uploading a certain xml file directly deletes some dimension members)Thanks.

Can we use an aggregated UD1 with a dynamic calc member in the Flow dimension across two cubes?  We have dynamically calculated members called ‘AggDetail’ in Flow Dimension with a rule on member formulas which aggregate base UD1 by entity dynamically.  All our base cost centers (UD1) are in the Financial Detail cube in the dimension library and this ‘FinancialDetail’ cube is called out in the dynamic calc rule. However, we have recently added a new sub parent in flow dimension under the “Financial” cube and it seems like this dynamically calculated flow member “AggDetail” is not aggregating the result for this new sub parent from the Financial cube. This is kind of close critical and see if anyone knows how to solve this in OneStream. If you know the solution, please reply to me here as quickly as possible. Thank you

Team Am trying to create a dashboard which will have inputs from 3 cube views, of which 2 are Forms. How can i have all the 3 cubes in one page under a dashboard with the flexibility of moving around, resizing the views.  Tried "Grid", "Canvas" and "Uniform", but none had an option to move and resize. Hi ! I'm trying to harmonize the reporting in OneStream with one single font that we use as a standard within all the BU of the company. I can change the font in buttons, label, radio button, text fields ... but I can't find anywhere the possibility to change the font in all graphs / tables that are created in BI Viewer components. --> Is there a way to change the font used in tables/graphs created with BI Viewer ?   Many thanks,

Hello Team, We have IE and Edge browser on the system. Once opened the OneStream application when we do Windows shortcut as per below screenshot it is creating the Windows short cut on the desktop. And, then when we open the OneStream application using the shortcut , it is opening on IE browser. How to create a shortcut for Edge and the application should open on Edge Browser when we use the shortcut. Thank you, Praveen

I am knew to the OneStream Software. Is there a way to load data outside of a form, and not through workflow? Meaning, is there an xf formula that can be used in excel that will write to a specific data intersection?

Hello, Following a recent OneStream reporting course I've discovered the benefits of pivot grids within the BI Viewer component. Is there a way to automatically adjust the width of the first column based on the text in the rows? I can't see anything obvious in the BI Viewer: I was thinking a business rule could work although I can't see much content using these with pivot grids. Any ideas? Many thanks, Oliver

I have this Cube View that I have to format so that the highlighted department column information is hidden but I still need to show the user what department this report is for (there are several that can be picked when you run the cube view). Any ideas on how I can go about these two issues?   Thank you for your time in advance!    

Hi all,We currently have an issue whereby when we seed our Actuals data to our Forecast scenario we have set up, the Actuals do not overwrite everything as we would expect in that particular month. So for example, some of the forecasted data we loaded via forms in previous months is not being overwritten once the Actuals are imported. So we're having to cleanse the forecasted data in the affected months which is quite time consuming.Does anyone know what might be causing this issue?Thanks,Ged

We're looking to use the scatter graph component in BIViewer to display client profitability by 2 metrics, average pricing & volume. This has worked perfectly, however when adding in a range filter component to allow users to filter down on the volume, the graph returns 0 values for metrics other than the volume.Initial stateFiltered state - volume between 0 & 11Is there something we're missing when using this component?Range filter data items  

Was the OneStream product itself built using VB.Net? If so, I'm pretty impressed!! If it was built using C#, I'm wondering why customers are then forced to use VB.Net for business rules?  It seems like a double standard.  Is there a licensing reason why VB.Net is redistributed to customers while C# is not?  If it isn't about licensing then maybe onestream has internal BR tooling that is incompatible with C#, or third party tooling that is incompatible?  Any info would be appreciated.  Obviously the selection of either .net language it is a matter of choice ... but if OneStream picked C# for development of the product, then they should allow customers to pick C# as well for our business rules.

When I try to export my report to Excel, the rows with no data are just blank. Is there a way to have them display 0?

Hello All, I'd like your input on whether it is possible, or not, to conditionally display or hide a dashboard's component ? I have a case that, depending on the scenario selected in the workflow, I want in my dashboard to display, or not, a button (that will then allow user to seed forecast, but I want them to be able to do that only when they are doing their forecast, as dashboard is shared across scenarios) I tried to use a XFBR that would return me a different value (True or False) depending on the scenario selected and add this XFBR as value of the setting "Is Visible" of the button component, but that didn't work (thrown an error "Index was outside the bounds of the array"). So I don't know if it's because it's not possible or I did an error but open to any suggestions to make this requirement work Thank you Matthieu
