I want to display Asset, Liability and Income statement side by side in cube view report. Can anyone suggest the format to get this kind of formatting  Tried using dashboard by creating three cube views and attaching them to single dashboard but that was not the feasible outcome

Hi all, I have a cube view that is generated entirely by dynamic UD8 members, some retrieving text fields, returning static text/numerical data, parsing descriptions, etc. I would like to export this cube view as a .csv but I am struggling to find the best way to do this. I don't think DM Export Data jobs work with dynamic UD8s, but maybe I'm missing something. Is there a recommended method I should consider?

Hi,   We're trying to combine our detailed sales data housed in BIBlend with the member table in the application database. The reason for this is so we can join the client name assigned to our UD3 dimension to the detailed sales data. However, as the BIBlend is an external database & the metadata is an application database, I can't call both of these in one data adapter. Is there a way to combine metadata & BIBlend tables in a SQL data adapter? Thanks,  

I am attempting to edit a report in studio and I cannot figure out how to make the grid size bigger so I can edit all the items.  The initial report was formatted to shrink to page width if that helps.  The preview looks fine but the designer tab  is cropped.

Team Am trying to create a dashboard which will have inputs from 3 cube views, of which 2 are Forms. How can i have all the 3 cubes in one page under a dashboard with the flexibility of moving around, resizing the views.  Tried "Grid", "Canvas" and "Uniform", but none had an option to move and resize. Hi ! I'm trying to harmonize the reporting in OneStream with one single font that we use as a standard within all the BU of the company. I can change the font in buttons, label, radio button, text fields ... but I can't find anywhere the possibility to change the font in all graphs / tables that are created in BI Viewer components. --> Is there a way to change the font used in tables/graphs created with BI Viewer ?   Many thanks,

Hello,  How Can I have rows that have no data for a time period to display 0 instead of blank in OneStream as well as when exported to Excel. 

I am knew to the OneStream Software. Is there a way to load data outside of a form, and not through workflow? Meaning, is there an xf formula that can be used in excel that will write to a specific data intersection?

Hello, Following a recent OneStream reporting course I've discovered the benefits of pivot grids within the BI Viewer component. Is there a way to automatically adjust the width of the first column based on the text in the rows? I can't see anything obvious in the BI Viewer: I was thinking a business rule could work although I can't see much content using these with pivot grids. Any ideas? Many thanks, Oliver

I have this Cube View that I have to format so that the highlighted department column information is hidden but I still need to show the user what department this report is for (there are several that can be picked when you run the cube view). Any ideas on how I can go about these two issues?   Thank you for your time in advance!    

We're looking to use the scatter graph component in BIViewer to display client profitability by 2 metrics, average pricing & volume. This has worked perfectly, however when adding in a range filter component to allow users to filter down on the volume, the graph returns 0 values for metrics other than the volume.Initial stateFiltered state - volume between 0 & 11Is there something we're missing when using this component?Range filter data items  

When I try to export my report to Excel, the rows with no data are just blank. Is there a way to have them display 0? 

can you have a comment field in a cube view wrap text? 

  Tool-tip text would help user better upon hover on the icons (add , delete , save ..etc) highlighted on the RED. 

After data is saved in the SQL table editor component, I would like the dashboard to have a auto-refresh so that the results on my dashboard from the dashboard extender business rule implemented on the save data server task can show automatically. Currently I need to refresh dashboard manually to see the results.   On the "Action" part of the sql table editor, there is a "User interface action" which includes an option to refresh. However, my testing and understanding on the "Action" so far tells me, the way to kick off the action is to "delete last row in the sql table" rather than "add or save a new row". That's why the action part does not work for me. There could be more ways to kick it off, but I do not know.   Thank you for your help!   Kai

Hi, Please advise if we can add sub headers in CV columns, For example below the main CV Col header has Opening Balance and Cash Invested in Col1 and Col2. But for section 2 below I need the Col header to be Closing Balance and Opening Balance and for Section 3 I need the col header to be Disposal and Sale. Please advise if any user has managed to add sub headers in columns in CubeViews. Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Please note I need the header in Col/Row intersection cell and not in the Row Header. We had an issue this month where an admin opened a prior period and allowed an import to be loaded, without proper approval.  We discovered this during our quarter end procedures because our quarterly results didn't round properly; however, we would like to be able to run a report that would show us the last time periods were opened or closed to ensure we remain SOX compliant.  Is there a report available that would give us this information?  

can you keep a QV POV separate from the main POV so I can look at 2 things with 2 different POV's at once? 

Looking to use a Sparkline or Chart in Reporting Studio.   It has to show the trend of the first 6 column in my CV.   For Sparklines, you can only supply a single column.  How am I am able to show the trend of the first 6 columns for each row?

Is there a way to get the value of the cell that is 1 row above and 1 column to the left of the cell?I have a cube view with 2 columns, one is for actuals and the other is for estimate months. The actual column is going to pull the account value directly, but the estimate column needs to pull in the starting balance and then make adjustments. Below is an example of the data: The 'Last Month Ending Balance' row is where I am having an issue and tried to use variables such as |CVSubPeriodPrior| but I get the same value for all of the estimate months. Is there a better variable to use or could I use a simple offset formula to pull in the value of the cell 1 row above and 1 column to the left?
