How to create a dashboard with flexibility to adjust the length and width

Am trying to create a dashboard which will have inputs from 3 cube views, of which 2 are Forms.

How can i have all the 3 cubes in one page under a dashboard with the flexibility of moving around, resizing the views.

Tried "Grid", "Canvas" and "Uniform", but none had an option to move and resize.

You can create 2 Dashboards

1. As a Grid with three columns and two cube views. The second column will be Moveable Splitter.

2. As a Grid with three rows and have the dashboard above and the other cube view in it. The second row will be a moveable splitter.
