Hello,I was wondering if it's possible to change the workflow year to show FY20XX instead of just 20XX. In our legacy system we used FY20XX as our current year and we would like to continue with that style. I cannot seem to find a spot where to change it but I've seen images of other workflows with the year showing FY20XX. Thanks, Will

Hello, I have a cube view that is driven by the workflow. In this cubeview the user sees base level entities as columns . This is achieved by using the synthax E#Root.WFProfileEntities. At the same time I would like to add a column that totals those base level entities to see what the totals are at the parent level. Does anyone know what the syntax is? Hello Everyone,    Is there a way to force the composite expression to run before the One To One Rules ?  i am trying to run a complex expression to override values coming from the Source Data. but the One To One Mapping is triggering the mapping, what i want to Select all BS accounts from source based on the Target mapping , and import UD2 as a None Value . Instead what is happening is that all the BS accounts with UD2 value are being Mapped based on the One To One mapping i did for the PL Accounts. and i only want the PL accounts to have a UD2 Value.      

Could you confirm if it is possible to apply Security when using in an application the EXTENDED DIMENSIONALITY: It means, if we  want that Corporate cannot create new users for a specific LOB, or create new companies or accounts or manage access rights for this LOB. Hi,   ParamA will be a multiselect combo box and the same should be passed to business rule as well. May I know how it can be done? I'm passing the parameter in calculate button, then DM step and then to BR. Calc button : {seq_name}{ParamCC = |!ParamA!|} DM step: {|!ParamCC!|} BR: Get value of ParamCC Need suggestion on how should it be passed if parameter is multiselect. thanks

Hi everyone, I need to retrieve the account name from a certain line in a cube view in an XFBR rule.  So, it boils down to the need for an api.Pov.Account.MemberId XFBR equivalent.   Is there anyone that can help me with this issue? It seems so simple but I cannot figure it out. Thanks! Floris

Hello, If I wanted to build out a driver based forecast in OneStream, are their any trainings or webinars that can explain that process? 

Looking for some guidance with using the attribute field.  I think I found a limitation with using it, but I am hoping it’s a simple fix and not a legitamate limiation.  Scenario:  creating a cube view where the first few rows are drive by account,  the next several lines are driven by UD4 and Account.  UD1 (departments) are driving the columns, except for when it comes to the rows that are driven by the UD4.  At this point we need to use the UD4, Text 5.  To do this, we created UD8 members that pull in attributes based on the UD4, text 5. The cube view: Rows are the UD4 and accounts.  The columns are UD1 but we have row overrides for the rows that need to be driven by the UD4 text field.  The row override pulls in the UD8.  This works for the first few UD4 attributes being pulled.  Then it just stops after roughly the 4th parent member under UD4. I can force it to work but adding in a column override (I don’t know why this wo

1. I am trying to export as trx for the derivative rule with a business rule in it. 1a. Once it exports, the exported file doesnt have the business rule name in it. (OR)2. Exported the rule as xml via application export and then opened it in the excel file as XM table. However, once i add rows below it and then try to export the file -> It says cannot export.   How to insert multiple lines in the excel and get tehm exported as xml for onestream input ?  

Hi, I have a matrix data source matrixed on Account.  Sample below.  One of the Account fields is a Date that I need to convert to a Long to store.  I can do the conversion but not sure how to target the value to convert when in a matrixed data source. Hello,  We are using the Excel - Addin and made some templates to work better with OneStream. It worked great, however we found that the users sometimes have the error of clicking "Submit Workbook" instead of "Refresh Sheet".  We tried to customize the ribbon to separate them but it is not possible because the Refresh and Submit button are in the same tab ("Data"). Is there a way to modify it? Is it a common mistake? Thanks for the attention and best regards,

I am trying to use the the GetDataCell function for both Rows and Column and the math is not working.  For the row, I am using GetDataCell to sum several G/L accounts.  For the columns I have Actual(C1), Budget (C3)and the 3rd is a GetDataCell (C3) to take the difference between Actual and Budget.  I am not getting any errors but the Variance Column (C3) is returning the value in the first column.  Its as if the second column has a zero loaded.

I am trying to create a Cube View that has 2 GetDataCell formulas.  The formulas work separately but if I add them both to the same Cube View, one will not work.  I am using XFBR in Columns (Time) and GetDataCell in Rows (Accounts).  Is there a way both formulas will work in the same Cube View?      

Hello, For a project management perspective, I would like to use the Gantt component in a dashboard. The documentation only explain that we should use XFGanttTaskCollection for that. Are there any implementation that have been using this component, any documentation to share about it ?   Regards,
