The dashboard visibility is set to "Always" and the security access group is set to "everyone". If I select the dashboard in Oneplace to open, it brings me this error. Could this be related to the workflow not being set accordingly (permissions, data, etc)?  

I am trying to build a cubeview to enter yearly rates in cubeview for forecast scenario. Is there any way I can do that? Idea is to enter rates during budget and use to for all forecast months instead of loading by periods.  

 Hello, has anyone come across this message using Report Viewer? The export function is not an option when selecting the "View Report" icon. 

I am running into an issue with putting together intercompany reports. Basically, if an entity has an intercompany partner that is not a consolidating entity, no elimination would occur at the parent (as expected). However, this pair would still show up on my IC matching report. Has anyone dealt with this type of issue with the IC reporting and has any tips to put me in the right direction?

Hi everyone, Good day. We are new to OneStream, and we are building a cube view wherein it outputs quarterly columns for a certain year. However, it only outputs the last period/month for the quarter. For example, under the Q1 Appliances, it shows 305,221,004. But, if I drill down on quarter 1, I can see that the amount per month when totaled, it is equivalent to 607,036,638. This also applies to the 2024 column, it only shows the Q4 value and not the sum of all quarters. I already tried to consolidate and calculate, but it is still the same.  Thank you for those who will share their inputs.   

Hi Everyone. The issue is that I want to run the following Process, but upon execution, I receive the error shown below the code. I do not understand this error because a WFProfile is correctly sent in wfChildClusterPK, specifically 'PLP ARGENTINA.Export to Cube'. This Workflow does have an assigned entity, so I do not see what could be causing the error in this process. We are on OS v7.4 and moving over to OS v8.5. We have both versions up and running as we move over. While running QVs using the Spreadsheet module within the app and setting the Data Style to "Comma [0]" in both, it appears correctly in v7.4 with negative numbers displaying as (100) but in v8.5 it shows as -100. Same thing if we pick "Currency [0]". (see screenshots below) Is there a chance that the default style didn't make it into OS v8? OR, is there a place/menu to modify this default style without creating a Custom style? We noticed this happening in version 8.4 as well, but we upgraded to 8.5 and it is still having this issue. Hi Our YE reporting pack is based on a book which retrieves a Word document (table of contents etc.) followed by a number of CVs (financials). The page references in the table of contents is static. I would like to Supress Zeros in all the CV, which would place the CVs on different pages, depending on which entity runs the book. Therefore, I would like to explore if there is a way to use dynamic page references, e.g. by putting a reference to which page a certain CV would be placed. For reference, we are currently on v7.3 but upgrading to v8.5 within long. Thanks in advance!

Hello, I am new to building cubes in OS, I am attempting to build a calculated column based on data from two other columns, I have created a nested member which correctly brings in all the data. When I attempt do use GetDataCell I return errors that it cannot find my named Column. In the screenshot you can see the member filters (highlighted are the same rows) Here you can see the output when I run the cube view. Please let me know if I cannot reference in this way and how I may solve the problem

I would like to know more about this workaround. In our company, some users utilize the PDF view option to send their reports, not only within the company but also for SOX controls. Therefore, it is important for us to continue using the PDF view in OneStream 7.4v. Questions: Does this workaround impact only dashboards, or does it also affect Cube View reports? We have only been given the option to remove PDF. Is there a possibility of an upgrade to continue using PDF?   Thank you! Laura

Hello, I wonder if there are customers who use the OneStream solution "Security Audit Reports" in a non self hosted environment? We use OneStream as SaaS customers and we need to audit the security settings. Setup instructions for "Security Audit Reports" are written for self hosted environments. Furthermore I wonder, if anyone uses "Security Audit Reports" in production directly as it is very inconvenient to have this solution running in Dev (and for SaaS customers, there is no Dev environment available by standard). Hello, I am facing a problem in making dynamic names for BI-viewer. I have a data adapter with Command type as Cube view. I am using this adapter in BI-viewer. I want to make the column names similar in cube view.  For example, in my scenario I have columns changing according to the time.  but here it will show as Col0Value, Col1Value. As per cube view headers, Col0 is 2024M1 and Col1 is 2024M2 and this will change according to time updated for next periods. It will not be same every time. How to get the same names as per cube view into BI-viewer column list.

Hi, I am testing V 7.2.3 in our Dev environment. Production is still on 6.5. The security and user groups, data sources, and workflow profiles are identical between the two. I am able to import and validate TB's in the workflow, but several others are not able to Validate in the Dev environment. Has anyone else experienced this?  The validation message is "No Security Access", but the workflow profile and security groups are idential to prod. Thanks!

I created a new dimension member as a child of our direct_department member in UD2.  I have updated all of the transformation rules and mirrored the member properties of its siblings.  I have loaded this month's data which includes the new department and none of that department's data is showing up following the load/transform process.  I'm not receiving any errors either.  Has anyone experienced this or has an idea of where I can look to resolve the issue?

Hello, I am using a textbox to input a date, and its action property is linked to a parameter with the type set to "Input Type." When running the dashboard, the user wants today's date to be populated as the default value instead of manually entering a date. Has anyone tried using the Date function with the input parameter type for this purpose? thank you!  

Hi experts, hoping someone can guide me.   Our P&L is recorded by Line of Business (UD2), however our balance sheet is recorded to UD2 None.  FPA has a requirement that they currently handle manually to "allocate" the balance sheet to the lines of business based on the percent of revenue.  Our partner initially achieved getting closer by using a dynamic formula on UD8.  This does not ultimately provide the accurate results at the consolidated level (due to nature of dynamic formula).  We believe we need to change this to a formula pass but it is proving to be challenging.   We are open to suggestions, using UD7 (tracking) or UD6 (reporting).  I am also open to creating a mini alt acct hierarchy since it really only needs to apply for a handful of summary level accounts.  (Coding examples would be so very appreciated!)  Thank you!

When creating a dashboard in the default workspace you are able to pass dashboard parameter values to the data management sequence through the parameter section of the execution script:You can also use an Input Value parameter and create an extender process to populate the Input Value and then retrieve that value for a DM sequence or BR.However, when using user defined workspaces, I have only been able to successfully pass parameter values from a dashboard using a literal value (process on combo box executes a rule to populate a literal value with the most recent user selection, literal value is read by DM and BR processes).The issue with this literal value process is that the value is left at the value from the last execution of combo box selection so it requires the user to change the value to some other value, then reset the value to ensure the literal value has a valid stored value.Additionally, this process if being used by multiple users, may cause confusion if two users are chan
