Hi,We are facing one issue where if we pass periodic entry then the next month it is automatically passing a negative amount of the same value but I need it to be zero only.Example-March =10000 (loaded at view periodic)April= -10000 (should be 0)Can anyone help me how to resolve this?

Hello, I'm in the early stages of building a long-term forecasting cube in our application. The initial requirement is that the business can load volumes, SSP, and product cost by product type to a single 'memo' entity, market, and customer, and then the model will allocate this across base members based on some % drivers.  The Entity piece seems the most complex as I need to translate the amounts to the local currency when allocating so that the business can perform sensitivity analysis on FX rate changes. I've managed to get something allocated across a few entities just using an ADC, however it is writing the amounts to local currency as well as GBP (group currency), which means that when the entities consolidate, they remain at their 'local' currency levels. I tried specifying the destination C#, but it seems to not allow this. Has anyone else done something similar, or knows if OS is capable of this?  

Dear community,  We build an Excel import template (XFDRange) for our client's planning process.  We understand it is possible to load Text Value into Stage; however, we need to retrieve the comments in a cube view for an overview, so the comments need to be stored in the cube. Currently, we set two different columns for the View dimension, one for Periodic view to import the data and the other for Annotation to import text.    We saw there were some similar questions raised in the community, but solutions are not applicable to our case.  Hoping to get some more suggestions regarding this!   Thank you in advance! 

When we are using shading in some columns we are losing the top line in our cells. There are total cells that we want that top line but when we use the shading it hides it, is this how it works or another setting? CVExtender?

In a cube view, the row and/or column sets can be set to Cell Type “Combo Box” or "Date" Time, if Date is chosen  a cool calendar and a time display will allow users to select a specific date and time in a data cell, however , the display format is not correct, cell formatting does not work  , this this bcs I am using the annotation view?

When I use the Pre-Aggregated Member settings, it is copying the data twice.  I've tried multiple settings and multiple scenarios.For example, I have tried just O#Top=O#Forms.  After I run the consolidation, there is data in both O#Import and O#Forms, doubled. It also happens with multiple Dimensions.  I've tried O#Top=O#Forms,U5#Top=U5#PlanningLoad and the data is doubled in both Dimensions 

I would like to create a derivative transformation rule that will add _Qty to the end of the Account and pull the ActualQuantity field from the data source as the Amount.My DataSource has a field for ActualQuantity.I have a Derivative Rule that looks like this:The complex expression on the derivative rule is:this returns 0 instead of the amount in the ActualQuantity field. Thank you in advance.

Hello All, We had to make changes to our 2022 (Prior period) data as we identified some issues with it. We cleared the data and tried reloading a bulk file with Full year 2022 data (Split Quarterly). Previously, We used to batch import data in one period (E.g. March), all the other quarter end months would automatically get a green tick and show data for that period in staging table.This time when we loaded numbers to March (data included periods M3,M6,M9,M12 for 2022), we can only see the data in March (M3), we are not able to see data in other periods. Please find the below snap for  reference.   Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,I would like to remove the plus or minus symbol next to member names in a cube view. Is there a setting to do that?I am not sure why the CV is showing the expansion symbol since the members are all siblings (the cube view has A#Acc00700.Children in the pic above), but the cube view shows the symbol plus/minus on the row corresponding to the first sibling. Thank you

Hi,I have an Excel template file to import via the stage. This Excel is using a matrix-style for the values (time in columns) and also one column with a text commentary.As I have to change the view to “Annotation” in order to import a text value, I was thinking about duplicating the rows by a derivative rule and change the view in that rule. The outcome shows the duplicated rows, but these are missing the text value. So this approch is not working.I also tried to duplicate one time column and use a parser rule to change the view. Doing so, I would need to identify, which time period I am in during pasing, as otherwise all rows are changed.Any ideas about that?Regards,Tobias

Hello I have a CubeView with 2 nested rows. Row 1 - |!varEntity!|.Base (say this will return 5 entities - this is a drop down in a Dashboard) Row 2 - XFBR(myModule_ParamHelper, GetWBS_by_Entity, Entity=|!varEntity!|) This rule checks for WBSs where Text2 = Entity (i.e. WBS1 - Text2 = Entity1, WBS2 - Text2 = Entity2) When I execute the CubeView, I see all the 5 Entities, and in the nested Row, I get the WBSs where Text2 = the first Entity only). I understand why it is doing this, as the variable gets the same value and passes to the rule. I also tried |PovEntity| and |CVEntity|.  PovEntity returns blank, and CVEntity return what is in the Cube Pov section, which I tried with a value or blank. I also tried WBSDim.Base.Where(Text2 = |CVEntity|) --- or PovEntity - comes blank Is there a way to pass the value of each evaluated Entity row to the WBS row? The result should be something like: Entity1 WBS1   WBS2 Entity2 WBS3   WBS4   WBS5   Thx Raf

Hi - I am trying to get the confirmation entities from all of my Import Channel under my WF Profile. using extender BR but I am not able to find an instance to call the function. I have Cubeview which takes ~50 secs to refresh in OS. When I insert same Cubeview in excel and refresh in excel (OS Excel-Addin); it takes over 2 mins. It is simple insert and refresh i.e. I do not have anything additional like VBA code etc in Excel. Is it normal for CV to take to take longer to refresh in excel? Any suggestion to optimize the Cube view refresh in Excel? Many Thanks.

I am trying to utilize a combination of Year() and PeriodNext1() within a GetDataCell, and it's not working. The combination of Year() and Period() within a GetDataCell works if you surround it with brackets, but once you add the Next1, it will not work.
