Hello, Need help! If we import the file using 'BRApi.Utilities.ExecuteFileHarvestBatch', I need to know what folder I need to look at under Batch folder. Not sure which field I need to look at in this table(StageArchivesInformation) to locate the right folder under Batch in OS. Any help will be appreciated. JC

Hey all, Since Onestream 6.6.0 there should be the option to trigger a Submit Workbook with VBA using SubmitSetXFFunctions. However, I can't get that to work. We're using Onestream 7.0 and the following VBA-code:   Sub SubmitWorkbookToOnestream() Set xfAddIn = Application.COMAddIns("OneStreamExcelAddIn") If Not xfAddIn Is Nothing Then If Not xfAddIn.Object Is Nothing Then Call xfAddIn.Object.SubmitSetXFFunctions End If End If End Sub    If I run this I get an 'Object doesn't support this property or method' error. What am I doing wrong?

Has anyone written a complex expression that takes a date as an input, and determines the period associated with the date, when periods are not based on calendar ends (for example, 4-4-5, or 5-4-4)?There doesn't appear to be a BRApi function for this, but perhaps I'm missing something. Absent a function, what techniques are recommended?Thanks!

Hi, this was already asked in an old post, but there was no solution given.Where is the Workflow Audit information (like the one in the picture) stored? For context, I know that Lock History information can be retrieved using the WorkflowLockHistory Data Adapter method, and it's also stored in the WorkflowLockHistory application table.However, I'm having trouble finding the Workflow Audit information that isn't part of the Lock History. Specifically, I'm looking for details on who performed each workflow step, which is displayed in the workflow audit window but not returned by the WorkflowStatus Data Adapter method. Can anyone provide guidance on where to find this information?

Hello,I am writing a SQL Query that references tables in different databases, one that exists in the External database (BI Blend) and one that exists in the Application database. I am having trouble setting up my data adapter to allow for pulling in both tables to perform a Union, as I need to specify the Database Location. Is this possible?

Hi Everyone, We recently migrated from 7.1.3 to 8.4 . after migrations, we are facing issue in Calcstatus- Consolidation from Bottom to Top ( Parent).   we tried to consolidated-calcstatus from beginning of the data to till now. But its not running properly or not showing value in parent level. after closing cubeview again its showing CN. is there anyone faced this issue and find the solutions?     

There are data management tasks scheduled, they are designed to extract OneStream data and load to external database. Some failed with below error messages, but they succeeded later on. Just wondering what could be the possible causes, I would appreciate if anyone could help me understand

I'm trying to load a workflow using an Excel template and need to set the *WorkflowName* as one of the following: Import, Validate, Load, Process, Workspace, Confirm.Currently, I'm using the highlighted value in the *Workflow* column for this purpose.Similarly, if I need to set the *WorkflowName* to Workspace, Direct, Process, Confirm, Certify using the template, what value should I use? Is there a reference list for this, or where can I find it?

Hi All,We currently have BiBlend set up to use all 20 attributes. We're considering reusing two attributes to load data from different columns (these attributes are currently used but are no longer needed). Our plan involves renaming these attributes in the Cube Settings and updating the data source.Does anyone know if this is possible? Are there any restrictions or limitations on how attributes can be used or modified after the initial configuration?Thanks in advance for your insights.

Hi Everyone. I have a question about how I can assign the entity that appears in my Calculation Definitions to my assigned Data Management Step. Currently, I have it set to E#Root.WFProfileEntities, but since I have it in a Profile that does not have entities assigned (because it is a Profile where I want to mark all my WF as complete), it gives me an error when I try to use it from there.  

Hi all,  I'm after some guidance for a capex form that I'm currently developing. Simply, it's a form that takes the current month closing balance (BS accounts) less the prior month closing balance, and need to categorise these movements.  At the end of FY24, 2 entities liquidated (LQE) and transferred assets to a new entity. In the entity dimension, it's timestamped in the 2 entities as no longer in use from FY25 M1 onwards. So for FY25, there is no form to fill in for the 2 LQE's but there is for the new entity. However, at group level, it shows the FY24 balance with 2 LQE's and no balance for new entity, and FY25 is no LQE's, just the new entity. Because the setting means the 2 entities are no longer part of the group, it's no longer showing in the movement columns. See below.  The real movement for the month to be explained is -33k, but the calculated movement ignores the 2 LQE's and just shows the new entity with +164k addition. Any ideas how I can develop this form

When loading data through batch file, does transformation event handler invoked the same way as running through manual workflow steps? Also, how can I execute Workflow (import->validate->load) through batch?

Hello OneStream Community,I'm working on how to implement a REST API in OS, but i'm not sure to understand all the steps, i've already read the documentation and i've found it very hard to understand, can anyone please explain how can we implement it in OS what are the steps to follow, i started by downloading and installing POSTMAN for the tests but i don't know what should do i do after, please any help will be much appreciated. Hello,Has anyone seen this before where the task scheduler looks as if it will skip a date? Under the grid view, the autoloads highlighted are skipping 10/1/24 even though they are all set to run the first and the second day of every month. Weirdly enough, under the calendar view, they are listed correctly under 10/1 date column and after a few switches back and forth it reset itself back to 10/1 without any other action. Any idea would be appreciated. 

I have come across a validation error that is kind of vague. I created a new entity, confirmed it is setup the same way as its sibling, and added it to my transformation rules, but my validation step kicks out an error. Any ideas?
