Workflow Validation questions with regards to SOX compliance?

If you're referring to Certification Questions, I request these from the customer. In turn, they work with their internal and external audit teams to come up with the questions that can be addressed via the out-of-the-box responses (generally yes/no) since they cannot be customized.
