Parent workflow validated ... while children are not

Hello,

I have a very peticular situation, where the parent workflow is validated and finalized, while the children are not !

Now, I can't validate any children workflow, because the parent is already validated...

Do you have anything that would help re-initialize the workflow, whitout having to remove all data ?

Try changing the Workflow Name property of the parent, and refresh the application ("big refresh").

Hello Jack, by "big refresh", you mean this ?

If that's the case, then the parent workflow is still currently validated 😞

But when you select the parent, the workflow steps should now be in an incomplete state. You should be able to do something in those steps to trigger just one state, so that the profile state is reset. Once that happens, you should be able to set the Workflow Name back to what it was.
