Load Cube Error Message

We are trying to "Load Cube" data for a workflow named "WF_Historical_TBReport" and are getting an error message when the procedure finishes.  As you can see, the error message references a different workflow profile all together ("WF_R12_DataLoad").  The  "WF_Historical_TBReport" workflow profile has the "Can Load Unrelated Entities" field set to "True", so we don't believe it is a access issue.
