Journal Template name

When I import Journal template via excel Journal name adds workflow,scenario and time to it. Is there way that it does not get added. see screen shot below for reference.

    Patel - my users are asking the same thing did you get any information?  They would actually like to replace it with a unique #.  I was hoping we could do something in the journal event handler.
