Issue with Workflow Certification

Hi Team,

I am facing an issue with Certify. if you notice in the first screen shot Fixed Asset function(workflow) is already certified. but when i input data at any other input form. after saving the form, then will click on Complete form. when we clicked on Complete Form system was Uncertified the Fixed Asset workflow Example:- Costing function (Workflow) for Non_Baan_Costing input form i have entered data and then clicked on Complete Form. Fixed asset got uncertified. Can you please check and advise on this issue
