Is there a way to have the IC Matching Report to look at the Threshold in the Confirmation Rule and display Red for lines outside the Threshold?

In your IC matching setup on the WF Profile, there is a threshold which you can set. If they have another Confirmation Rule checking the IC out of balances, that definitely can be done but it would need to be done through the Confirmation Rule syntax.
