How do I tell OS to find the Entity code on the first line in the 4th column number?

I have a Data Source "issue"... I have 5 Tab Delimited files using the same Data Source. The Tab files only have the Entity designation on the first row in the 4th column number. No other dim is using the 4th column number. How do I tell OS to find the Entity code on the first line in the 4th column number?

Can you set the Data Type to stored text and see what that gets you? This should allow the column header to be parsed once and then set for every record within your source file.
