How can we proceed to capture the Description name of row 8 in our Entity Data Source?

We have Fixed File Data Source for a client and they would like to use the same source for different Entities.
The problem is the following:

The only place where we have the Entity name in row 8 (See print screen in red) and it’s just the description.
