Has anyone ever had to check what the user's response is to a certification question and not allow them to certify based on that?

The DataQualityEventHandler in the Training folder has an example of this Q:OneStreamKMTrainingClassesImplementation Training for ConsultantsAdvanced Consulting Training - June 2019. The Exercise Guide has an exercise on halting the process using the DataQualityEventHandler. It is exercise 22.
