Extract Workflow Profiles of a task for all entities in a single operation

Hello,

I haven't yet found how to extract at once, all the Workflow Profiles for all entities for a single task.

For instance, I need to extract the "import XLS" task for all entities, and not select the WF Profiles task entity by entity.

In the module Load/Extract, it does not seem possible.

Do you know how to do it ?

Hi Harry - can you provide more information or maybe a screenshot would help explain further? An Entity or Entities are assigned to Workflow Profiles, so nothing in WF should be extracted "entity by entity" (unless you have a WF for every Entity). In the Load/Extract menu for Workflow Profiles, you do have the option for search so you could search for "Import XLS" and it will take you to each instance where you could check that WF. Although, I may be misunderstanding the ask.
