Can you have a Workflow where you load data for all entities but then have other Workflows where you disable the Import Channel but use the Forms Channel?

We are attempting that but once you disable the Import on the other Workflows then the Central Import data will not validate as it states there is not a open Import Channel for a specific entity.  The entity is assigned to the other Workflow so that those users can complete Forms.
