Can someone please teach me guide me how can I set the Import validate Load or process the automation and catch the error log with file in the email step by step please.

That's a very generic question, which is unlikely to get responses here...
You'll find the relevant documentation if you search for "Batch" in the help, or reading the Foundation book. Basically, you'll set up a DM job that executes a rule, and in the rule call the batch api to perform the load.
