Approve and Post Journals on a consolidation level

Hi all,

So our client wants the end users to be able to create journals but not post them. Group finance team will review and approve and post all the journals created.

I think the security bit can be done using the workflow profile settings.

The question is: Is there a way for the group finance users to see all the journals created by end users and go through them instead of navigating to every workflow to approve the journals. Is there a way to do this?
