Variance Percent Calculation

The formula I created to calculate the MoM Variance% does not work. I am using the column filter to do the calculation. MoM Variance and Prior Year are calculations based on other columns in the report. What am I missing?

GetDataCell(BWPercent(CVC(MOM_Variance), CVC(Prior_year))):Name(MoM Change %)
