Wondering if anyone knows how to scale data in quick views. Looked through the formatting options and couldn't find anything that would do what I'm looking for. ie. 123,445 can be scaled in thousands to 123. Thanks, Scott

Hi Scott,

You can define in Excel a custom Cell Style, that will include all the formatting you need including the scaling.

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/apply-create-or-remove-a-cell-style-472213bf-66bd-40c8-815c-594f0f90cd22

Once the new Cell Style is defined, it will be visible in the QuickView Settings under 'Excel Styles'.

Hope it helps

When you click on the cell in the cubeview, you have Row and Column Formatting options.

Click on the Ellipses beside Cell format and click Format. The Cell format window has the option of "Scale". You can enter 3 for thousands.

-12 to +12 are the valid values for Scale

How did you set the scaling in the formatting?
