Report Books - Adding an excel file (using XFGetCell)

Hello, I have multiple excel files using XFGetCell to pull data from OS.  What I would like to do is, (1) create a report book that includes the XFGetCell formulas to refresh data when the report is ran, (2) Set up a DM/Parcel Service to automate sending the file to both OS and non-OS users.  

Is there a way to do this?  I do not want to re-create these files as cube views because they are customized for our reporting requirements and have some intricate calculations.
