Refresh Workbook - Unable to refresh data. Cannot run Visual Basic Macro because of a sytnax error.

Hello.  I have a user who is attempting to refresh his excel workbook using the Refresh Workbook button.  The file contains multiple tabs with XFGETs only.  He is returning the following error message.  I can re-create the error on my end, but the refresh workbook also appears to work intermittently.

Has anyone come across this error before and know the cause/remedy?
