Planning, input Spreading time dimension

Filling data in on quarters spreads the data out to the monthly columns.

We do not want to see the monthly columns anymore. When set isColumnVisible = False you are not allowed to enter data on quarters, it becomes a no input. 

Is there a bypass, so we are able to enter data on those quarters?

    In order to be able to input to quarters the Scenario "Input Frequency" need to be "Quarterly".

    But since this scenario already been use workflow steps already been processed will not be able to change the "input frequency"
