PDF Document Distorted when emailed.

We have SG&A monthly Performance Reports set up in Books, All emails and packages are set up .  opening the PDFs under documents / Books they look great.   When I run the package and email the group of PDF's I have a distorted document and all you see is the LOGO on the report.  Is this a setting in OS somewhere.
