Is there a solution to load ownership data with the use of excel? Something similar to: (XFGetRelationshipProperty("Entity";$A12;$B12;"PercentConsolidation";"Actual";C$2)

Unfortunately, at the time of this question, the out of the box functionality does not have the capabilities to load ownership data through Excel.  However, the ownership percentages can be managed in a Grid View.
