Open a Dashboard tab when button is clicked

Hi All-

Can someone share how to hide the Instructions dashboard and show the TieOut Report dashboard when the Run Report button is pressed?

Cannot do it as regular tabs. You'll have to create buttons that look like "tabs." Parcel service does this, and so does some 3rd party solutions.
