Excel Add-In

Hi There

has anyone had an issue at their clients previously where the OneStream excel add in keeps disappearing?
It’s becoming a problem as some users don’t have the option to add back and have to contact IT all the time to assist.
Anyone experienced something similar, if so, any ideas on how we can help fix it?

I never had an issue like this on any version of OS. However, when I had a different issue, it was always because Excel had another Addin that was creating issues. 
I would suggest that you first ask your users what other Excel Addins or COM Addins is installed on their Excel. If they have any, I would first uninstall them and check the behaviour. From there, you will have an idea of which Addin is creating the issue.

    We have also found that the OneStream Addin likes to be installed first. We would uncheck what the user had, re-install OneStream next, and then the rest (restarting excel at each stage just for good measure).  Don't know if this will work for you, but it might be worth a shot.

      Hi Nancy,

      Same issue.  OneStream excel addin is one of the most ineffective addins I have ever encountered.  I can't tell you how many times this has been an issue.
