Error saving attachment in Cube View

I want to give users the ability to add attachment in the cell with a dynamically calculated UD8 member. Dynamic calculation places the value of 1 into that intersection if the file attachment is present and the value of 0 if there is no attachment. I use these values to change the formatting of the cell if there is an attachment.

I am an Admin and I have no problem attaching the file. However, other users are getting the "Error saving data attachment" message.

I wonder what governs this and if I can give my users the ability to add attachments to that cell?

Any suggestions are appreciated.

There are two Application Security Roles for managing who can make attachments:

Check if the users have access to these.

Thank you for your reply, Marc.

I did check the security roles and made changes to those two. The group I used for them is the group that governs access to this particular app. So everyone who can log into this application should be able to create an attachment. Unfortunately it did not see to fix the issue. The issue is not that no users besides Admin is able to create an attachment. The issue is limited to report cells that has a dynamically calculated UD8 member.
