Can you format numbers based on scaling selected from a delimited list?

Is it possible to add number formatting to data in cubeviews depending on the scaling selected from a delimited list? I've tried adding the number formatting to the delimited list e.g. "3, NumberFormat = 0.00" but the system won't recognize the exact formatting. Although it does recognize other formatting such as Bold or Italics.
