Bug PF-33928 - XFGetCell formula shows zero instead of blank

OneStream Support team has submitted a Bug PF-33928 to Development team to Fix the XFGetCell Issue.

Issue:XFGetCell formula shows zero (instead of blank) despite setting DisplayNoDataAsZero parameter to FALSE
