Bug in Excel Add-in

Whenever I try to load Cube View in the excel , it fails and shows blank when followed the below steps

1) Open Excel

2) Login to One Stream and create new CV connection

3) Add any CV from OS app which has input enabled cells

4) Save the file to your local desktop

5) Input any data in the input enabled cells and click Submit Sheet

Whenever I click submit sheet , it shows blank excel and the CV gets wiped out. Am using 7.0.1 OS version

Please let me know if anyone else faces the same issue or if there is any solution available.

Thanks JackLacava.. It is replicatable and irrespective of the system. I was able to see it for multiple users.

It seems to be a bug and reported the same to OneStream support.

It will be fixed in OS 7.4 version.

It sounds like there might be something going on with the particular machine, please reach out to Support and they'll help you.

We are in 7.4 since july 2023 and users are still having the same issue.
