Any way to set Excel Freeze Pane settings from within a cube view?

We have a number of cube views that we automate delivery to Excel using Books, but would like to know if there is a way to set the Excel Freeze Pane settings in the cube view itself so that users don't have to set it when they receive the Book?

    Unfortunately, freezing panes in Excel for a Report Book is currently not available at the time of this question.
