The New OneStream Community is Here
Hello again, OneStream Community — I've been counting down to this one.
After a lot of behind-the-scenes work from our team, I'm thrilled to share that the new OneStream Community is officially live. As of today, you can access it using your standard Okta sign-in, or by heading to community.onestream.com and clicking Login.
A quick note before you dive in: while portions of the Community remain publicly available, I'd really encourage Customers, Partners, and Employees to sign in. That's how you unlock role-specific areas and the ability to jump into the conversation with the rest of the Community.
What’s New?
We packed a lot into this launch, and here's what you can explore right away.
Improved Search Results
Find what you're looking for faster with improved, unified search across the entire Community — now with an AI-generated summary to get you to the answer even quicker.

Universal Tagging
Our tagging system is now synchronized across the whole Community. When you post a new topic in the forums or IdeaStream, you can choose from a wide range of standardized tags to label your content accurately. You can also discover related content through the tag word cloud — click any tag to surface everything connected to it, from blogs and articles to ideas, forum topics, and more.

New Product Updates Space
The new Product Updates space now has its own home in the top navigation. Be sure to stop by and subscribe so you never miss an update straight from our Product teams.

Visual Refresh
We've updated the visuals across the entire site. I hope you enjoy the new look as much as we enjoyed building it.

Badges
We've refreshed the look of Community badges and added some new ones to collect. You can see everything you've earned right on your profile — and the more you participate, the more you'll rack up.

Ranks
We've reconfigured Community ranks to more accurately reflect your engagement, usage, and expertise. Check your profile to see where you stand today.

Email Notifications
We've added new email notifications to celebrate your Community achievements, like earning a badge. New members will also receive a short series of onboarding emails to help them find their footing and get comfortable here more quickly.

And We’re Just Getting Started
Honestly, as excited as I am about everything above, what I keep coming back to is what's ahead. This launch is the foundation — not the finish line. We'll keep rolling out improvements to the Community experience, new spaces, and more in the months to come, so keep an eye out.
But here's the thing: the best version of this Community is the one we build with you. In fact, a number of the updates you see here came directly from your feedback — through emails, support tickets, forum posts, phone calls, and even in-person meetings (thank you, CAB!). You shape this place, and it shows.
