Redirect Old OneStream Community Links to the New Community

When searching Google for a OneStream topic or Community post, the search results will link to the old OneStream Community site. Clicking one of these links leads to an error stating:

“User is not assigned to this application.”

However, if I search for the same post title directly within the new OneStream Community, I can find and access the content successfully. It’s just blocked when accessing through web search.

Could the Community webmaster look into this? Sorry if such thread already exists.

Thank you!

Hi @Avatar-Roku ,

Thanks for mentioning this. Yes, we are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it. It’s taken a little longer than we anticipated for Google and other search engines and even AI tools to index our new OneStream Community (https://community.onestream.com). In the event you see a search result that you’re interested in opening, please be sure you’re accessing the version at the URL above. Any of the results with “community.onestreamsoftware.com” in the URL will not work as we have migrated away from that URL.

Thanks again for this and we’ll work as quickly as we can to get this resolved.
