SSO Change

Has anyone switched External Authentication from AzureSSO to OktaSSO?  How did that process go?  Was it seamless or were there user login issues?

I'm trying to get ahead of this as my company is looking to convert all logins to OktaSSO.

Hi aricgresko
Or.... there might be another way. 🙂
If you install the OIS - OneStream Identity Server as the main SSO it will handle many SSO seemlessly. You can see OIS as a single SSO that embeds many other SSO. That is the way to go : please read more there : https://community.onestreamsoftware.com/t5/Platform-v8-Upgrades/OneStream-Identity-Server-OIS-Content/ta-p/21569

That being said, I can not provide a straight answer as, technically it is seamless and should not create users login issues. But think about the people in front of their computer... you see now where I am going with that :-)... that is why the ultimate way is OIS. By installing OIS, whatever changes you do on the backend, the users wont see it. Great, isnt it?
Please give a kuddo if it helps.
Cheers.
