Parcel Service Security- is there a way to give other users access to a parcel service package that didn't create the package, but not make that package public?
The package would have to be made public in order for it to be visible outside of who created it. The package has to be public in order for it to be able to be seen in the homepage. Then you have to be in the Manage Packages Group Security Role to be able to ship it.
