I'm trying to use the SecurityRemover.xml but am getting "Must select file with .xml or .zip extension" Any thoughts? I have tried both the zip and .xml file extensions to no avail.

I had a problem like that with the path (too long) of the file, try putting it on your desktop and cleaning from there
