Hybrid copy scenario not coping only USD value for non usd entities

Hi ,

i am trying to copy between scenario through hybrid copy scenario feature but i observer that wherever only USD value present for non USD entities , data copy not happening.

could anyone please suggest if anybody come across this scenario.

Hi, without more details it is hard to respond to this accurately. 

What is the exact setup of your hybrid scenario?

More details are needed but here are some tips:

  • The hybrid copy is typically base entities in C#Local
  • You are saying that you are not getting C#USD values on non-USD entities when the copy is done
  • How are those non USD entities getting C#USD in the source scenario?  It would seem that you must have USD overrides in the source scenario that are perhaps in C#Local:F#USDOverride that then get applied in the source scenario via translation.  If that is the case, you will need the same override and translation logic to apply in your destination scenario.  If you are not using overrides then you need to trace how in your source scenario no local currency amounts for non USD entities end up giving you C#USD amounts in consolidation and translation. There must be a beginning balance or some override logic in the source scenario that is not happening in the destination scenario, perhaps.

But as Henning mentioned, more info is needed.  To me the fact that non USD entities with only C#USD are not copying makes sense since the copy is base to base for C#Local.
