How to report on Entity Security changes

Hi all!

Anyone know of the best way to report on security changes made to an entity? I can't seem to figure out the right table or the right member property that shows the security updates made to a member so any direction would be greatly appreciated!

Full disclosure - also have a OS support ticket out there and patiently waiting :)

I put an Idea Stream out there on this and recently gave feedback at SPLASH.  However, in my findings at SPLASH the Admin Assist tool that's within the Allocations Solution (for purchase) has these standard delivered reports.  Furthermore, we also had OneStream build us a dashboard that gave us all the security access/maintenance, read/write, etc. settings for each object about a year ago before knowing about the Admin Assit tool within Allocations.  Hope this all helps.

Thanks but I can't seem to find the report within AdminAssist Security reporting that shows the security changes made to the entity members. I know there are reports showing security changes to build objects but that's not what I'm trying to find. Thanks anyway!
