How do you retire an entity that is no longer being used?

I am new to OneStream and I am trying to find out how you retire an entity.  I have gone into the entity and tried to change the vary by scenario type but cannot get to where you would change to False for "In Use".  Any suggestions

Hi BrittaniaH 

1) Select the entity

2) Click the ellipse symbol next to in-use.

3) Select the time period from which you would like the entity to no longer be editable

4) Choose False from the drop down
