Do we share the Utility that allows us to clean security information from an extracted database with partners?

Do we share the Utility that allows us to clean security information from an extracted database with partners? I'm working with a partner and need for them to take a copy of client system and install on partner's system. Also, if we do share this kind of thing, how do we share it? We are prevented from emailing the exe, and they are prevented from receiving an exe. Is there a shared drive that we can leverage with partner collaborations? Thanks!!
