CubeView Override depends on current row member

We have our UD1 parents tagged with one base UD1 in Text8. For each UD1 parent in a cube view row, we need to have a column which has the base UD1 at POV to allow user inputs. Tried XFBR, UD8, Get Data Cell and Member List function.  

 

The tricky part is the |MFUD1| can never reach any external functions, and UD8 can not post it back to the intersection in overrides.

I’m not sure how the CV is excepted to look like / behave but if you e.g. have a filter param in the CV UD1 POV (e.g. parent x) you can pass the same param or |CVUD1| to e.g. a MF or XFBR which then looks up Text8 and return the base…
If you want a list of all parents and indented to each,  the 1 related base (row instead of column), you could create a MF

Another option, if it had to be dynamic rows/cols.., would be a dynamic CV (see DCS)
