Can a user launch the Windows client and Excel Add-in via a Citrix Virtual Desktop?

Yes, the user can use Citrix to launch the Windows App as well as the Excel Add-in.  They would need to use the Standalone installer for the Windows App vs the Click Once and then publish it out for users to be able to access it.  The same with Excel and the Add-in. They would install the add-in and then publish out Excel for the users.  We do not have official support listed for Citrix, however we do have customers who are utilizing it successfully.

    Hello! This might be a really dumb question, but where do you get the standalone installer for the windows app? Do I need to put in a ticket with OneStream to get this? Thanks!
